legendary California hard rockers Y&t have been confirmed for the Pinkpop Classic festival, set to take place May 12 at Megaland, Landgraaf, the Netherlands. Also scheduled to appear are Ub40, Golden Earring, Fish, Arno and Janse Bagge Bend.

TheRighttoRock.com recently issued a podcast featuring an interview with vocalist/guitarist Dave Meniketti of Y&t. Dave discusses the band's latest release, "Live: One Hot Night", as well as the group's current tour.

The interview lasts approximately 45 minutes and can be downloaded at this location.

Locomotive Records released the two-DVD/CD set "Live: One Hot Night" by Y&t in North America in August 2007. This Netherlands show, recorded in October of 2006, comes complete with a bonus Dvd containing backstage aftershow "meet-and-greet" segments. You also get to go to the pre-show soundcheck as well as view the outtakes from the concert itself. Rounding out this must-have package for any Y&t fan is a photo gallery, a special clip from 2006's Bang Your Head!!! festival and an accompanying Cd of the Netherlands show.
