Mcqueen in June entered a Virginia studio to begin pre-production for a new album, tentatively due in early 2009 via the Newcastle, UK-based independent rock label Demolition Records.
Mcqueen recently tapped legendary U.S. rock A&r executive/manager Tom Zutaut, the man who is said to have signed and launched the careers of Guns N' Roses, Mötley Crüe and Tesla, among others, to be a part of the global Mcqueen management team, working alongside UK's Seven Webster of 7pm Management.
Mcqueen's debut album, "Break the Silence", was released last year on Demolition. The CD was helmed by up-and-coming producer Richie Kayvan in between a healthy touring schedule that's spanned the last two and a half years, with tracks being ferried to the U.S. to Joe Barresi (Queens Of The Stone Age, Tool, Weezer, Bad Religion) to mix.
