In Flames, Dismember, Evergrey, Meshuggah, Opeth nominated for Swedish Grammis award
In Flames, Dismember, Evergrey, Meshuggah and Opeth are among the artists that are competing for the "Best Hard Rock" honor at the Swedish Grammis awards, which will be held January 7, 2008 at Hovet in Stockholm. The bands have each been nominated for their most recent releases, all of which came out during 2008.

The nominees are as follows:

Cult Of Luna - "Eternal Kingdom"
Dismember - "Dismember"
Evergrey - "Torn"
In Flames - "A Sense Of Purpose"
Meshuggah - "obZen"
Millencolin - "Machine 15"
Opeth ? "Watershed"
Sabaton - "The Art Of War"
The Haunted - "Versus"
Tiamat - "Amanethes"

Last year's Grammis award in the "Best Hard Rock" category was won by Mustasch for the band's "Latest Version Of The Truth" CD. Mot�rhead drummer Mikkey Dee presented the award to Mustasch, who beat out such veterans acts as Candlemass, Entombed and Clawfinger for the honor.
