So... My name is Brent, 19 years old and I currently live in Den Haag (Netherlands). I joined Metalrage in april 2009 as a reviewer after talking to Mindsaver (Jelle) at a Misery Index gig. Apprarently our taste matched and after a test review I joined Metalrage within a matter of days. In my spare time I visit a lot of shows, listen to a fair amount of music, I DJ (as AXiS & Trank, www.myspace.com/atrecordings) and of course, I drink beer. Besides my spare time I somehow manage to fit in a study as well: Media & Entertainment in Den Haag. Besides that I work at a supermarket to pay my concert tickets when the other guys place a shotgun on the guestlist spots ;]. I really like going to festivals as well and Roadburn, Houten Death Fest, Neurotic Deathfest, Death Feast, Hellfest, Dour, Moshvalley, Ieperfest, Incubate, Todays Art and State-X are on the planning for 2010! My music taste ranges from hardcore, mathcore, death metal, grindcore, black metal, sludge, doom, drone and punk to jazz, electronic/idm, techno, minimal, hardcore/gabber, breakcore, drum 'n bass, dubstep and ambient.
