Niamen

Hell yeah
It's the Incredible Niamen with a capitol I.

Well what's there to say about me. I'm 26 years old, small, male, nearly bold and fat. Indeed the dream of many women

What about my music history and taste.
It was back in 1992 when freddy mercury died of aids and Guns 'n Roses played their famous Bob Dylan Cover at that tribute concert when I got hooked on Guns 'n Roses, but it wasn't untill 1994 that I bought my first G'NR album (a cd player did cost a large amount of money at that time). After that day my musical journey started with Guns 'N Roses but shortley after that Metallica made his entrance in my CD player. But with every album of both Metallica and Guns 'n Roses in my possession my musical hunger wasn't satisfied. I WANTED MORE....

So in the period between 1994/1995 and 2000 many names passed through my CD player: Sepultura, Fear Factory, Biohazard, Suicidal Tendencies, Korn, Slipknot, Life Of Agony, The Offspring, Rage Against The Machine, Deftones, Tool, Slayer, Testament, Agnostic Front, Machine Head, Heideroosjes ,Madball, Pantera ,Sick Of It All, Right Direction, Merauder etc etc. It was also Biohazard's 'State Of The World Adress'  and Madball's 'Demonstrating My Style' that got me into the hardcore music.

After 2000 my musical taste became wider and wider and brought me to the record collection of my dad (which made me a prowd owner of some nice collectors items). But also some really nice new names crossed my path. Bands like: Suffocation, Napalm Death, Killswitch Engage, Trivium, Hatebreed, Boy Sets Fire, 36 Crazyfists, From Autumn To Ashes, Lamb Of God, Unearth, Maroon, Five Pointe O, Chimaira, Shadows Fall, B(j)orn From Pain, 3 Inches Of Blood, Death By Stereo, etc etc

What about the concert/ Festivals
Since my first concert (Machine Head 1997) a went to numerous of shows and festivals.
The most important festivals I've been are:
- Dynamo
- Pinkpop
- Graspop
- Lowlands
- Pukkelpop
- Fields of rock
- Ozzfest
- Tattoo the planet

How did I end up with metalrage.com
When I was a classmate of Carn he introduced the website to me. After that I nearly did everything to became a crewmember at metalrage. I even went to Amsterdam with Buzzin and Carn to spend the night together

Well that's enough about me!!!
