Yearlists 2005 - A lot has been achieved

So here we are again, Metalrage has been around for 3 years now. And a beautiful year Satan gave us. In February we reached 100.000 hits for the first time and in May we reached 1.000.000 hits in total. And to end this farytale, by now we got 200.000 monthly visitors and we passed the 2.000.000 hits a long time ago.

All these visitors came for all our reviews, live reviews and interviews with big artists like Chimaira, Machine Head, Killswitch Engage, Darkest Hour and 36 Crazyfists. But also for the festivals we visited: Paaspop, Groezrock, Dynamo Open Air, Fields of Rock, Graspop, Sziget Festival, Lowlands, Obscene Extreme, Dour Festival, Rock am Ring Festival and many more with a smaller capacity.

When I am looking back I see a huge leap in employees, visitors, articles and most of all fun. The crew and I had a blast this year and thanks to Metalrage we are all moving towards a career in the music industry.

But to keep the tradition we will finish this year with the Metalrage Yearlists. First of all you will see the overall Metalrage Album Yearlist 2005 (of which the opinions have never been this diverse!) and on the pages following you will find some individual lists!
