Engel ? the Gothenburg, Sweden-based quintet featuring guitarists Marcus Sunesson (ex-The Crown) and Niclas Engelin (Passenger, ex-Gardenian, In Flames), drummer Mojjo (Relevant Few, Dracena), vocalist Mangan Klavborn, and bassist Michael H�kansson (ex-Evergrey) ? will support System Of A Down frontman Serj Tankian on June 11 at Train in Aarhus, Denmark.

"Absolute Design", the debut album from Engel will receive its long-awaited U.s. release on May 20 via Spv/Steamhammer.

In Flames frontman Anders Frid�n helped his old friend Niclas (both played together in Passenger) record demos and assisted in the production of the Cd at Dug-Out Studios in Uppsala with Daniel Bergstrand (producer of In Flames, Meshuggah).
