I Scream Records is has announced the signing of legendary Agnostic Front guitarist Vinny Stigma. Vinny's first solo record, "New York Blood" (under the Stigma banner) is set for release in Europe on September 19. The Cd will be issued in the U.s. via Hatebreed frontman Jamey Jasta's Stillborn Records. A European tour with The Business will kick off on September 18 in Frankfurt.
