Danish thrashers Hatesphere have issued the following update:

"We have just wrapped up the songwriting for the new album this weekend, so we are more than prepared to enter the studio next week on October 13th. The album will be produced and mixed by Tue Madsen at the Antfarm Studio in Aarhus, Denmark."

In other news, Hatesphere has scheduled the following dates:

Nov. 07 - Aalborg Metal Festival - Aalborg, Denmark
Nov. 15 - Vershuset - N�stved, Denmark
Nov. 28 - Kulisselageret - Horsens, Denmark
Nov. 29 - Bygningen - Vejle, Denmark
Dec. 05 - P3 - Purmerend, Holland
Dec. 06 - Bang your Head Festival - Eesch, Luxembourg

Hatesphere was honored in the "Hard Rock" category at the annual Danish Music Awards (the Danish Grammy Awards equivalent). The 40th Danish Music Awards show was held on February 23 at Tivoli in Copenhagen, Denmark and was broadcast live on MySpace.
