Five Finger Death Punch: new album title revealed
Guitarist Zoltan Bathory of Los Angeles metallers Five Finger Death Punch has revealed to U.K.'s Metal Hammer magazine that the band's forthcoming sophomore album will be titled "War is The Answer". Tentatively due late summer/early fall, the CD will be mixed by Randy Staub, noted for his work with Metallica and Nickelback, among many others.Five Finger Death Punch has set a June 8 release date via Spinefarm Records U.K. for the band's latest single, "Never Enough". The single, which will be available digitally, includes the video for the track, as well as videos for "The Way Of The Fist" plus a special version of "The Bleeding", made exclusively for the upcoming "Highgate Vampire" motion picture.
Five Finger Death Punch in January confirmed the departure of guitarist Darrell Roberts, as first rumored at the National Association of Music Merchants (Namm) convention in Anaheim, California. Roberts's replacement is Jason Hook, most recently seen playing with Alice Cooper. Bathory said about the new guitarist, "He's an unbelievable player, and a good friend of all of us, so we hope our fans will welcome him in the Death Punch crew."
