ANVIL have set
"This Is Thirteen" (or
"TIT" for short) as the title of their upcoming thirteenth studio album. "They plan on having 13 songs on the CD and the cover will be a superstitious theme, as in a broken mirror, black cat and the anvil under a ladder," reads a posting on the group's web site.
ANVIL's most recent studio album,
"Back to Basics", received its long-overdue U.S. release in August via
Screaming Ferret Wreckords. The follow-up to 2002's
"Still Going Strong" was recorded with producer
Pierre Rémillard at his studio in Quebec and features artwork by
Christoph Schinzel (a.k.a.
Stripe) of
