And what to say about a compilation album?! Well, I can assure you that there’s a lot of rock ‘n’ roll on it (duh!) but the thing is…there’s lots of different styles on this disc. And I mean a lot! There’s hardly any band that sounds the same as another band on the album. A couple of outstanding songs are ‘Psycho Dad’ by The Bones (because of their unique slow, almost country alike style), ‘Out Of Luck’ by Deadline (because of the female vocals between all the male vocals) and ‘Hotrod Vampires’ by Demented Are Go (because of the extremely raw voice).

 

All in all this seems to be a pretty nice collection of songs from 22 different rock ‘n’ roll bands of whom most of ‘em sound quite ok. To me most of the songs seems to send out a lot of positive energy and joy, which can be considered as a good thing here. Though, I wouldn’t recommend this disc to non-rock ‘n’ rollers, ‘cause you simply won’t like it!
