Early Man - Beware The Circling Fin
Early Man hails from the United States and have just signed with The End Records. In arrival of their second full length the band releases an EP with four tracks, entitled Beware The Circling Fin. Time for some old school metal revival!

These four tracks produced by legend Jack Endino are a true feast to all lovers of old school speed, heavy and thrash metal. Think of bands like Metallica, Exodus, Megadeth and Slayer in their early days and Early Man is what you get. Complete with primitive drums, muffled guitar sound and traditional vocals including soaring high screams. It’s just too bad that not all of the vocals offered by the guitarist/vocalist are impressing, he fails to convince me more than once in every song. No wonder some of the band’s shows have been instrumental in the past.

But for the record, this is a band quite suited to party to if you ask me. If this would play in a local bar, I’d be there to party with them for sure. And I advise you to do the same and check these guys out if you’re digging the whole thrash revival scene.
