The first thing I realized was the fact I was 11 years old when they released this DVD. I was watching Pinky and the Brain weekly and always listened to the same damn Queen or Genesis song because I liked that one. And during that period the Dynamo organisation was handling the biggest open air festival ever held in the Netherlands. And one of the bands playing there was Dog Eat Dog.

 

When I start the DVD, the only thing I can see or choose is the live concert. This is a low budget DVD, so I was expecting this. But what I didn’t expect was the show presented to me. And it’s not only the band that is making this show so extremely good. It is the 120.000 audience, the crowd surfing part using a REAL surfboard, the weak security at the front etc, etc. It is just total chaos! This is what every show should be like, damn this is like I am looking at my dreams.

 

There just isn’t much to say about this one except: Buy it if you got some spare money and want to see total chaos at a live show! I was only 11 when they recorded this one but I would do anything to make something like this possible once again.
