The Meteors - Hell Train Rollin
Here I am again, reviewing another record of the infamous psychobilly band The Meteors. Still leaders of the scene, still rotten and dirty, still hating, still sporting groovy haircuts and sweet leather coats, still psycho, still the fucking Meteors. Hurry up, the Hell Train is Rollin! As with every album The Meteors bust out, fans can buy it blindly. Psychobilly has a restricted limited of space to work with, yet those surfy guitars and clacking stand-up bass still work splendidly when executed by veterans like these. A bit punky, a bit surfy, a bit rock ‘n’ roll with attitude, that’s what it’s all about. They’ve done this for over forty albums and it shows. These guys know exactly what they’re doing and I don’t think there will be any other act that exhales what psychobilly is about more than these creeps.
Get yourself a stash of drugs, beer, liquor and smokes and start rocking out to this one if psychobilly is your cup of tea. The Meteors did it again, they just keep their Hell Train Rollin. Have you bought your ticket…?
