Anal Vomit - Depravation
Some years ago we received Anal Vomits debut full length album Demonic Flagellations, which I reviewed simply because they have a ridiculous bandname and they happen to be from Peru, a country that doesnt offer Europe that much metal music. Never thought Id have to review another one of their albums though.
Anal Vomit, I have no idea how they visualize that concept, but it must be nasty. And nasty is the sound of Anal Vomit. Pure South American thrash/death metal with some black influences, highly anti-Christian (which is really emphasized in the occult artwork) lyrics and a crappy analogue production. You can't be more true than this I tell you.
There isnt really much more to say about them I think. It is what it is, no more no less. For those stubborn old-school true metal fans that think the first Sepultura album is the greatest thing ever created, this is a worthy addition to their collection. The modern metalhead will probably not dig it at all, let alone understand. I think its funny to listen to, but I will probably never play it again.
