Scrotum - Osculum Scrotum
Already formed in 1997, the Dutch death/grind outfit Scrotum has released just one demo in 2003 and this EP entitled Osculum Scrotum last year. It has reached our office just recently so let’s see what these Dutch brewtal porncore maniacs have to offer.

This EP features five fast and brutal songs in the region of brutal death metal and grindcore. Lyrical topics are pussy, nasty porn and alcohol, just my cup of tea! The band features the drummer from Sinister, which makes for a tight sounding record. This guy knows how to play some fast and brutal drum parts for sure. Overall the material they play is not too original, yet because of their tightness, groove and a reasonable production Osculum Scrotum is a nice EP to listen to.

Now, since this band has been around for 12 years already, it seems about time for that debut full length doesn’t it? I think and hope that this EP should help them seal a deal with a label willing to release that for them. Ballsack porncore is popular nowadays right? I though so…
