Metalrage Recommends: Amsterdam Metalfest - The first edition of Amsterdam Metalfest in the Melkweg

For the first time ever the Amsterdam Metalfestival will take place in the Melkweg. After three earlier editions with headliners as The New Dominion, Cilice and Seita, this years headline spot is reserved forAborted. But of course there has to be some more bands to fill up this bill. The rest of the line up is formed by: Seita, MagnaCult, Cultura Tres, Ethereal, Red Eyes and Hillsphere. The festival is organised to give a stage to local talent and other up-and-coming bands from The Netherlands. This festival is presented by Pitkins and Large Popmerchendising. From 00:00 there will be an afterparty in rockclub The Cave with Dystopia and The Scalding.
