Cradle Of Filth - A classic obsession for beautiful, beastlike women

A little while ago Dinges and yours truly had the pleasure of meeting the one and only Dani Filth, frontman of the famous blackmetal band Cradle Of Filth. In the renowned Crown Plaza Hotel in the Dutch city of Amsterdam, Dani and we sat down with a beer and talked about the upcoming album, Nymphetamine, which will be released on upcoming september the 27th.

Dinges and I, burning with curiosity as we were, had prepared some wild questions about a variety of aspects on Nymphetamine so that the readers would get an idea as to how the album would sound and what thoughts were on Dani's mind when he and his fellow bandmembers were working on the songs.

Wouldn't you also like to know where Dani got his inspiration for the (quite impressing) lyrics on Nymphetamine? What emotions cruised through his mind during the song-writing process? Or maybe what the connections are between Midian's 'Her Ghost In The Fog' and one of the new songs called 'Swansong For A Raven'?
Wouldn't you like to know why the band named the new album Nymphetamine, which means having a classic obsession for beautiful, beast-like women? Why Nymphetamine isn't a concept album but an album with a loose concept?

The answers to these and more questions will be answered in september, as the release of Nymphetamine is drawing nearer...[br]
Stay tuned Metalrage readers; there is loads of info to come on the spectacular upcoming album of one of the world's leading blackmetal bands!
